In order to redeem a Gift Card the recipient must be a member of Gilt and a resident of the United States. At this time, in order to redeem a Gift Card, please fill out the Gift Card Redemption Form or call Customer Service at 1-800-789-2233. Gift Cards can only be redeemed in a Gilt member account; are redeemable online only; and redeemable only for the purchase of eligible products on www.gilt.com or www.giltcity.com. When you redeem a Gift Card: (i) if you have not yet used or otherwise redeemed the Gift Card, the entire value of the Gift Card will appear in your member account as a “Merchandise Credit”. To view your Gift Card balances, visit "My Account" on Gilt.com and go to "Account Credits."
After a Gift Card is redeemed, Account Credits (including the Gift Card balance) will be applied to subsequent purchases (see “Priority of Credit Use” below). If an order exceeds the amount of your Account Credits, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Gilt may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase, even if the recipient or user of the Gift Card is another member.
