How It Works

Shop as usual. Browse and add items to your cart. Look for the Seel 'Make It Returnable' widget to check if your items are eligible.

Add protection at checkout. For a small additional cost, add 'Make It Returnable' to your order. Pricing is determined by Seel and varies based on your order.
Check your confirmation email. After purchase, you'll receive a Seel Confirmation email listing which items are covered by 7-Day Return protection.
Submit a return if needed. Within 7 days of receiving your item, visit the Seel Resolution Center to start your return.
Ship the item to Seel's Return Center. Follow Seel's instructions to return your item in its original condition.
Receive your refund. Once Seel receives and approves your return, you'll be issued a full refund for the item price.
