All items are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. We let you know when an item is a final sale, by noting it in the product description and it may also be noted on your packing slip.
For UK/EU Members
EU Consumer Protection regulations allow you to return an item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. Returns made for personal reasons (i.e., didn't like the item, item didn't fit, or item no longer needed, etc.) will be assessed a $49.99 return shipping fee. If you return the item within the 14-day period, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item, shipping costs, duties and taxes for the item returned (less $49.99 return shipping fee).
Returns made due to (i) an error with the order made by us; or (ii) the item received was damaged/defective shall not be assessed the return shipping fee and you will be refunded the amount paid for the item, shipping costs, duties and taxes for the item returned. If we determine there was not an issue with the item returned or there was not an error with the order made by us, the $49.99 return shipping fee will be assessed and only the amount paid for the item shall be refunded (minus the return shipping fee).
The returned item must be sent within 30 days of when return was initiated in order to receive the refund. Refunds will be issued 5-7 business days after the return is received at its destination and processed. If your return is lost in transit on the way back, Gilt is not responsible for a refund of the return.
Processing a Return – EU Orders Only

eShopWorld (ESW): For orders placed through ESW, Members can request a return within 14 days after delivery of the last item from the order.
- Access your order details by entering your Order ID and the Email Address associated with the order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Specify the reason(s) for return.
- Print the return address label and place on the outer package
- BorderFree: For orders placed through BorderFree, please contact Gilt customer service for assistance with returning an item.
For Members outside of the EU/UK, please contact Customer Service if there is an issue with the order or the product received.
