My Order was Returned to Sender. What are my Next Steps?
In the instance that the carrier was unable to locate your address or was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to the Borderfree or eShopWorld hub by your local carrier at their discretion. Please note some carriers may take up to 6 weeks to return the shipment back to the U.S. Once received our team will be notified and then your refund will be processed. Depending on your country, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the undeliverable package to be returned to the U.S for a refund.
The items I received were Wrong, Damaged, or Defective.
Our Members are at the heart of what we do. We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error from Gilt, or if it arrives defective or damaged, please contact Gilt customer service.
When will I receive my refund / I made a return and have not been refunded.
Depending on your country, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the package to be returned to the U.S for a refund.
I received an incorrect item in my order / There is an item missing from my order.
Possibly the missing item was not immediately available at the time your order was being packed and will be sent to you in a separate package.

How do I generate a return label?
All items are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. Eligible items shipped to the EU are returnable for up to 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order (ineligible items include, but are not limited to, custom made or personalized items and tickets).
For members shopping in the EU:
eShopWorld (ESW): For orders placed through ESW, Members can request a return within 14 days after delivery of the last item from the order.
- Access your order details by entering your Order Number and the Email Address associated with the order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Specify the reason(s) for return.
- Print the return address label and place on the outer package
