The Must Have It option is presented to our Customers when we reasonably expect that we will be able to obtain additional inventory of the requested item. Your request will generally be valid for up to 45 days (the "Restock Period"). Reservation of an item does not guarantee that the item will be available prior to the expiration of the Restock Period. The expiration of the Restock Period will be reflected in your Must Have It list in your account. You may cancel any request prior to shipment of the item.
If the requested item is obtained during the Restock Period and you have not cancelled your request, Gilt will calculate the final shipping charges and applicable taxes and then charge your credit card on file for an amount equal to the purchase price plus shipping and applicable taxes. Your item will be shipped to the address you provided.
If we cannot obtain the item during the Restock Period, your request will be automatically removed from your Must Have It list in your account upon the expiration of the Restock Period.
We reserve the right at any time in our discretion, and without prior notice, to discontinue the Must Have It program (including any pending requests) or to add or change the program rules, terms, or conditions.
