What is Must Have It?
You deserve to have everything you want. If you tell us you must have something, we’ll try to get it for you. How it works: Fill in the specifics (size or color preference) along with your billing and shipping information, and submit your request. If we can get your item, your card will be charged automatically once it ships. Because of this, we encourage you to only place Must Have It requests on items you seriously want.
How do I know when my request expires?
Before you submit your request, you’ll see the expiration date noted. And if you forget, you can check it out anytime on your Must Have It list in your account.
What if I change my mind?
It’s not problem at all. As long as we haven’t already shipped it to you, you can cancel a pending request at any time. Just go to your Must Have It list and click “Remove” next to the item. However, once an order has been sent, it cannot be canceled. (Please note: You will not be notified prior to your Must Have It order being sent, so we encourage you to only place Must Have It requests on items you seriously want.)
I have Gilt Credit. Will it go toward my Must Have It request?
Yes! If we can get the item for you, we’ll apply any Credit you currently have to the order (and if there’s a difference, we’ll charge that to your credit card).
What if my shipping or billing information changes and I have pending requests on my Must Have It list?
Not to worry – as long as your Must Have It order hasn’t already shipped, you will be able to change your shipping and billing information for your pending requests. If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to amend this information, and you should reach out to Customer Service directly for assistance.
