How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, access your Order History in the account section of Gilt.
Here you can view a summary of your orders from Gilt, including Date/Time, Order Number, Total, and Status.
To view more details for a specific order, click on Details to be brought to the Order Details page.
From this page, you can see additional details about your order, including a list of Items Purchased in the order, Price by Item, Total, Estimated Arrival Date, Shipping Address and Payment Method. As your items are shipped from Gilt, you can also get up to date and detailed tracking information for each item by clicking “Track Order”.
