How Do I Reset My Password?
You can reset your password at any time by going to the Account Settings page in Your Account. Scroll down to the “Change Password” link. Enter then confirm your new password. And you're ready to go!
Your password must be at least 6 characters long. We recommend choosing a password with uppercase characters, lowercase characters, numbers and unique characters to keep it secure.
How Do I Change My Email Address on Gilt?
You can change your email address at any time by going to the Account Settings page in Your Account. Navigate to the Sign-In Info header. Click "Change Email", enter and confirm your new email address by clicking "Save" to complete the update.
Managing Email Preferences
Inbox overloaded? You can adjust your email preferences by going to the Account Info page in My Account. In the Communications section, there is a page for managing Email preferences. From there, you can select the number of emails that you would like to receive from us.
How Can I Add or Delete an Address?
You can add or delete stored addresses at any time by going to your Account page. On the left side, click the Shipping Addresses section. From there, you can edit or remove existing addresses. You may also add a new address and set a specific address as your preferred address.
