Sometimes our Members are unable to view certain pages or images within Gilt due to an issue with their device or web browser.
Clear Cache and Cookies
Note: Clearing your web browser's cache and cookies will cause some site settings to get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you'll need to sign in again.
Chrome
- Navigate to the top right corner and click the icon with three upright dots, which opens the Google Chrome menu.
- Select Clear browsing data...
- Ensure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked. You can uncheck "Browsing History" unless desired.
- Select a Time range from the drop-down. We recommend "All Time"
- Click Clear data, close the browser window and try again.
Firefox
- Click on the Menu icon (☰) located on the top right corner of your Firefox browser
- From the drop-down menu, select Settings
- Click on Privacy and Security that is found on the left hand side
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data menu
- Select Clear Data...
- Ensure "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are checked.
- Click Clear, close the browser window and try again.
Microsoft Edge
- On the top-right, click the three dots and go to Settings.
- On the left hand side select Cookies and site permissions.
- Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Go to See all cookies and site data.
- Choose Remove all, close the browser window and try again.
Safari
- Choose Safari from the top menu bar and then Preferences
- Click Privacy
- Choose Manage Website Data
- Click Remove All to delete all cookies
- Once you're finished, click the blue Done button. Close the browser window and try again.
