Making a Return on Your Mobile Device
- Start your return here. You will need to log in first.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
- Print your return label. The return label will be emailed to the account on file from noreply@FedEx.com within 24 hours.
- Package your return. Please include only the item(s) listed on your return request. Packaging unlisted items will delay Credit or refund processing.
- Ship your return. You may do so in any of the following ways:
- Placing the return in your mailbox
- Scheduling a pickup from USPS using usps.gov/pickup/
- Dropping the return off at a USPS location
- Dropping the return off at a FedEx location
- Placing the return in a dedicated FedEx drop box or alternate delivery location (e.g., Walgreens, select grocery stores, and FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® locations near you)
