In the event of a return of the merchandise, the discount received will be forfeited. Promotion is valid for select recipients only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Gilt may revoke all or any portion of the Promotion that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify this Promotion at any time.
