You will find information about your account, credits, orders and returns under Your Account. On the Account Settings tab, you can maintain your account email, account password, shipping and billing addresses and credit card information.
I noticed I don't have my third-party payment (Apple Pay, PayPal) providers on my account – what happened?
You may have noticed that your account is missing payment options with third-party payment providers. For security reasons, we were unable to set up these providers on your behalf due to recent site changes. You will need to re-add these payment options to your account. If you have any difficulties doing so, we are here to help – just call us at 1-800-789-2233.
What happened to my Waitlist?
Waitlist is temporarily unavailable. We are working on enhancements to Waitlist so you can purchase coveted sold-out items as soon as they become available. Stay tuned for more details.
