Where can I view my Order History?
For orders prior to July 9, 2018 we are unable to provide specific order discount information on this view. If you have questions regarding discounts on Pre July 9 orders please contact Gilt customer service at email@example.com. There is a known issue for Pre July 9 orders that were cancelled where the order status is not accurate. If you have an order with a $0 total and a shipped status and when you click on this order you receive an error page- this indicates that the order was cancelled. Rest assured you were never charged for this order.
How can I track a recent order?
To track your recent orders, please navigate to the order you are trying to track and click the 'Track' Button to the right of the item. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at 1-800-789-2233. Please have your recent order number ready.
How can I cancel my order?

Is Gilt Unlimited shipping still available?
The Gilt Unlimited Shipping program is temporarily unavailable. However, we are offering free U.S. standard shipping on all eligible Gilt purchases through July 31, 2018. Please see details here.
Can I ship my order outside of the U.S.?
International shipping is temporarily unavailable. As an alternative, consider a freight forwarder.
