How do I return an item purchased prior to July 9, 2018?
Returns for orders placed prior to July 9, 2018, can be processed by completing this form.

Can I make returns at Saks OFF 5TH Stores?
As of June 4, 2018, Gilt returns can no longer be made at a Saks OFF 5TH retail location. All orders placed on or after June 4, 2018, must be returned via mail. Please visit the Returns tab in Your Account to request a return label.
If you attempted to return product to Saks OFF 5TH after July 9th, 2018 you will need to return to that store to recover that product. Saks OFF 5TH accepted this return in error and you will need to return that product to Gilt via our mailing process. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange an item?
Products on Gilt are available in very limited quantities for only a short time. Therefore, we are unable to offer exchanges. Our Returns Policy allows you to easily send it back if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. If the alternate item is still available in an open Sales Event, you may place a new order.
